This project focuses on the new construction of a single family residence that is affordable and minimal at the same time. There are two variations to this residence, (one larger than the other) to accommodate different income levels and diverse family types. The design intent is to have the additions reflect the clients modern minimalistic style while respecting the Florida's vernacular that is common in the area.
