Purchase price: $188,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Area where massive building and growth was happening. A+ neighborhood

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My realtor, he had years of experience in the area. First one to see property and made offer right after showing. Submitted offer $30k above asking knowing it would not appraise for that amount.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

How did you add value to the deal?

Turn key did not add value

Lived in it for 5 years then moved and rented it out
