Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $320,000
Cash invested: $64,000

We purchased this duplex in a desirable location for short term rental and a discount. We did some minor updates and quickly turned this into 2 STVRs with positive cash flow.
