Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $292,000
Cash invested: $41,500

Sheldon is the third rental I own purchased in February 2021. This property is producing pure cash flow with a COC of 5.72%. It appreciate 17% in 2 years. Always looking for a higher COC but the appreciate is nice.
