What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
We downgraded from a larger house to be able to save more money and this was our primary home for 2 years. We were looking for a house with about an acre of land with out an HOA attached.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Zillow.com and we asked for a couple thousand off after inspection.
