Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $55,000
Cash invested: $65,000
I purchased a duplex for cash. I am putting about another 10k in to fix it up. I already have it rented out to Section 8 Tenants and plan on refinance the cash back out of it in August.
