Anyone making money with short term office space rentals ? (per hour/day)
We are trying to get more information on the numbers and logistics of the office space rental by hour/day business. How much space is needed? What is a conservative "occupancy rate" to use for calculations? What is the market size needed to support this type of business? and any other pertinent information. Thanks in advance....
