TAKE ALL MONEY OUT AN SOME MONEY .

direct to agent. i have a crm that blast 300 agents a day. we have 5000 relationship with agents.

How did you finance this deal?

hard money

no.
it was a REO. SO WE BOUGHT 30% ARV
