Results of our fist South Chicago BP Meetup

Thanks to @Zach Shepard , @Kyle B. , @Sean Jones, @Kevin Lochen and other BP members for attending our South Chicago BP Meetup. Below is the picture.

It was a small group but it's not a bad start. Everyone who attended has some real estate experience from a few months to a little bit over a decade.

During this first meeting, there are 3 potential deals:

1. Sean and his partner Matt - is going to help us sell one of our businesses (or at least they have identified a potentially good buyer)

2. Zach has a wholesale deal that I am wholesaling also (so far I have gotten at least 10 phone calls on it.)

3. Zach has a $1.1M deal and we might have a hedge fund that can buy the note and make that deal happen

We also introduced Kyle to a portfolio lender who can prequalify the buyers he will get on a fix-and-flip he is selling right now.

I don't know if all the above potential deals will materialize but here's the bottomline: Biggerpockets is instrumental in making the above connections happen. Thanks @Joshua Dorkin for this awesome community you've created!
