First Property through Rent to Retirement

Amanda Gauthier
Posted

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $139,000
Cash invested: $36,000

I have been listening to real estate podcasts for the last 6 months and have been waiting to take that jump. I finally decided to move forward with a property through Rent to Retirement and have been very happy with the purchase and the process thus far. I am looking to continue this buy and hold real estate journey.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found the deal through Rent to Retirement

How did you finance this deal?

Personal financing and loan through North American Financial

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Adam from Rent to Retirement, Kyle from North American Financial, KS Yoak Property Management company.
