Studio apartment in Manhattan

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Initially looking for an apartment for my daughter who is in college in the city. Found this property that she didn't like but I actually saw the opportunity in it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on Redfin. negotiated through my realtor

How did you finance this deal?

Cash Purchase

How did you add value to the deal?

Closing on this in late December. But I plan to add value by applying a new coat of paint, updating the doors and fixtures.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Realtor, inspector, lawyers
