Any xls/doc/tools to analyze property deal and calculate monthly cash flow

Hi Experts, 

Are you using any standard/self created xls/doc/tool to document the details, pros/cons of the property where you  guys fill 

the data/property details  to analyze/shortlist the deals.  Any pointers will be highly appreciated. 

Also any good xls/tool to fill the primary numbers of investment and rentals and analyze a ball park monthly cash flow.
