Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $350,999
Cash invested: $500,000

Major learning experience with location on this single family fix and flip. Was supposed to sell in late 2022/early 2023 and instead turned into a short term rental. Now have a property management company running the property for the time being. Has this happened to you? How did you bounce back?
