The school district, and neighborhood are top notch!

I found it on the MLS, my realtor offered on it!
How did you finance this deal?
FHA loan!
How did you add value to the deal?
We have been slowly renovating it!
What was the outcome?
Still living here today!

Probably don't buy a fixer upper with FHA.
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Unfortunately I would not recommend the professionals we used. None were obtained through BP, huge mistake!
