Looking to scale in the Co-living space of real estate investing

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $240,000

Currently practicing co-living with 4 tenants for the past 10+ years and looking to scale to more properties this year (at least 1 property per year)
