won HUD bid at $79,100

-zestimate :153k

-cma: 135k

- tax value: 144k

Estimated repairs: 20k to 40k don't beat me up on the estimate. New at this and no contractor estimate yet.

Flip or wholesale? And wholesale at what price? Thanks for the help.
