Cash invested: $200,000
Picked up this MHP offmarket back in 2023. Got the lead from the cold calling agency I use. Seller owned it for over 25 yrs had to follow up for like 4 months. Finally closed it at a 12+ cap on in-place. Stabilized it to high teens. Holding onto it for cash flow for now.
