Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $532,500

I just bought a duplex on 3rd Ave on the Columbus side of Grandview and am planning on living in one side and renting out the other.

you can build triplexes in columbus for cheaper. if it was more about you living in Grandview could work out but that's a tough exit one unit won't even get 0.5% rule. I'd put less down and put cash towards new construction in urban core like olde towne east, king Lincoln, Southside columns ohio
