SFH 4 bed / 2 bath Purchased for buyers kids to live in while they attend UCF.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love this mindset by the buyer, "Why pay for housing for 3-4 yrs and get nothing in return". Now this buyer can hold it and continue to rent it out or turn and sell it in 3-4 yrs for profit.
