Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $250,000

We inherited a two bed two bath split level townhome very close to our current home. We will be holding this property and renting. We're considering adding a kitchenette to the lower level, and then renting it out as two units instead of one. With a big hospital and multiple specialty medical clinics in our area, we are thinking there might be some opportunities to work with a traveling Dr. program to fill the units. If this type of tenant becomes elusive, we would seek more long term agreements.

How did you finance this deal?

As stated, this property is an inherited property. We're curious about the best ways that we might leverage this property into our next investment.
