Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $8,000

HouseHacked my first duplex by doing an FHA loan and only coming to the table with an 3.5% down payment which was around 8K. Rented out the other side & even the other bedroom on my side to end up cash flowing while i lived there. I now cashflow about $1,000 a month on my original $8,000 investment. BEST DEAL I EVER DID
