Howdy fellow investors.

I'm looking to create an LLC in one of these States: TN, AL, LA, or MS.

Which State do you think will see the most growth potenital?

I appreicate your feedback and expertise.

Who knows, but for what? Growth potential depends entirely on your strategy. Are you targeting short-term rentals, mobile home parks, gas stations, cannabis facilities, or something else?

Each of those states has very different strengths depending on the asset class and your long-term goals. For example, Tennessee might be better for STRs, while Alabama and Mississippi offer lower entry points for mobile home parks or value-add residential. Louisiana could make sense if you are tied into specific industries or markets.

The more info someone provides the better response you get. Think of it going to doctor if you just say "i hurt" its very different than saying I have this pain in my lower back that hurts when I go the bathroom...
