Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Indianapolis.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $77,000

In 2020, we acquired this distressed 3 bed / 1.5 bath property in Indianapolis for $60,000 cash. The home had peeling paint, no AC, distressed carpet, and needed general cleanup. We invested $17,000 in renovations including repainting, AC installation, refinishing floors, resurfacing kitchen cabinets, and updating bathroom fixtures.
