Which way to pivot

Hello all, 1st post alert. LOL! Need some guidance from those who have been in the game for a while. Strange but probably not unfamiliar territory. Over budget fix and flip. Trying to decide if I sell it and it breaks even, should I walk away vs doing a rental. In running comps I might break even and recoup all my capital. If I do long term rent it won't cash flow. If I short term rent I will have to invest more and self manage in order to even possibly cash flow. IF and that's a BIG IF as I would have to meet the STR Market occupancy rate in order to make that happen. Thoughts and or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you BP community!
