First Multifamily Property

Ja Wayne
Posted

Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $570,000
Sale price: $590,000

Back in 2021 I got this off Market 6 unit Multifamily under contract and sold it to a Cash Buyer located in Chico CA

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The seller was very motivated and had another multi family property they wanted to sell me if I bought the first property.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

using a deal finder platform and I negotiated by comparing similar properties that sold in the same type of conditions and also adding rehab that needed to be done with the property.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash Buyer bought it.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Plenty of lessons learned from a wholesaler side, Investor side and a cash Buyer side.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No
