Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000
Cash invested: $205,000

Found a great buy-and-hold property that needed some love. Acquired this as part of a portfolio with another single-family home and did a $22,000 reno before renting it out long term. Plans with this one are to collect the cash flow and work on converting it to a duplex by building an ADU in the basement.
