Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

Currently offered at a 4.5 cap bringing in a NOI of about 40,000. Rents are far below market but property is truly turn key, if rents are brought to market value NOI will jump to 84,000 and can re sell at a 5-6 CAP making the valuation jump by nearly 500,000.
