Anchorage in a bubble?? Alaska advice

Hello, Im wanting to move to the Anchorage area and invest there. Whats your opinion of the market there? Any experienced investors from there on here? The market seems inflated and on fire there! Did I miss the boat or should I jump on for the ride? Anchorage is land locked with the ocean, mountains/parks and the military base.
