Analyzing opportunities when they fall in your lap and taking immediate educated action are probably the key elements of success stories I'm accustomed on reading in this community. I recently executed an opportunity to purchase a granite business that will complement my set of tools and allow continued growth in my investing business. Here in Naples, FL and surrounding areas it is very common to see granite tops even on rentals, not to mention numerous upscale communities/properties. The key trait that made me pull the trigger was the great team there is already in place running the business. 

As an agent, I am constantly around folks looking to update their old tops and know of many builders wanting a reliable contact for their projects.
