Just wanted to brag about my first two wholesaling deals. Both were assigned yesterday. My mistake in setting up my non refundable deposit in the afternoon was fixed for the evening signing on another property. Sat at Denny's at 930 with family business assignees drinking diet coke and talking real estate deals. Surreal experience especially driving home with a check for $3K! I guess I need to finally set up that business checking acct so I can cash it!!! #prettyeffingexcited
