Complete dump to freaking amazing in less than 3 months

House is in the North Hollywood/Sun Valley area of California, its a 1090sqft~, 3/1 with detached garage on a 7,400sqft lot. Being listed for sale @ $450K.

Working on finishing this house this week. Here's a list of the things I can remember that we did to this house. Its basically a whole new build -- everything is new except the framing and some of the drywall we didnt need to touch.

I'm attaching some pics at the end to show current status. The Quartz counters in the bathroom and kitchen got installed today.

Major Structural:

Amazing job man!

Just curious about something... How long have you been flipping homes? I feel that the market in SoCal is crazy expensive... I've been trying to get into real estate investing for a while but lagged to pull the trigger. It's impossible for a newb.

Nice,  like the kitchen floor too.  Is it another tile job?    I know there is a lot of detail work we cant see too.

Again, amazing job with this home!

 They cost more to buy, but the margins are better in the end.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you come across the property? I'm always keeping an eye out for something similar, in the same area.

Excellent work.  I'm sure with all that custom look like the floors it will sell fast in this market.

You got excellent prices on the new electric, roof, and plumbing.
