How are other investors doing in the Phoenix area?
Hi BP friends. I am wondering if there are any investors out there that can provide some feedback on investment properties in the Phoenix, AZ area. Thoughts on single family vs. Multi-family there? I live in Southern California and want to look outside of the state to invest and like the idea of being able to get to the property if need be. Buy and hold is my plan and if anyone can recommend any of the following, Id appreciate it: an agent, lender, attorney and property manager.
