What do I tell buyers about my property that's contracted

I have a smoking hot deal under contract. When a potential buyer asks for the address do I tell him the full address? (For example 1 Main Street, BigPock, NJ) Or do I just tell him the street name? or Jusy the town? Any other good ways I can market this wholesale deal. I have it under contract for 60 days if that matters
