Got my second 2 flat rented out

I got my second 2 flat rented out at the beginning of the month. Last year I got my first and then this year I got FHA loan on this one and closed in August. I rehabbed both units. For the most part new paint, floors and fixtures. Minor plumbing and electrical with some tile work, back splash/tub surround to add some pzazz.
