Wholesale Success Smashed it!!

First wholesale deal closed Dec 30th last year. Reeled in $17,500. Split 50/50, but still it was awesome. Was on vacation with fam and have to drive 3 hours home early morning but getting that check was friggin awesome. And didn't even have to get dirty!!! Now I admit that's probably my one big one as the 2 I have under contract now feel like I can't give them away.
