Financing contingencies on Contracts?
My offer has been accepted on a bank owned property. My Listing agent is reading to send over final contracts and suggesting to include a financing contingency. I couple of investors interested in the property who will be cash buyers. Should I finalize contract as a cash deal or a contingency on finance. I was advised that it would jeopardize my offer.
