I Notice that BP is advertising funding sources for real estate deals.  Crowdfunder is one such advertiser, and asked me for about $300 per month to connect with Investors for my deals.  Would like to know if anyone on BP can offer any positive or negative experience with making such a monthly investment with Crowdfunder..?
