Sub-to with Green Tree Servicing

Hey BP!

     Has anyone done a subject to deal where Green Tree Servicing managed the note? I have heard some less than positive things regarding this company and am cautious to take over the note. In addition, the sellers' are 5 months deficient and we are unaware of the current state of the loan. This property is not yet under contract, but are trying to weigh our options before taking on. We do have other financial solutions available but like to have all options covered.
