My first wholesale deal

I am currently in the throws of my first deal.  I got a contract on it Saturday and am now marketing it.  Having some good dialogue and definitely forging some relationships.  Success is imminent!

I'll never forget how excited I was when I got my first wholesale contract! 

And thought it took longer then I thought to move it, I was able to make so many new connections and add a ton of buyers to my list. They weren't interested in the property I had at the time, but marketing to them helped grow my buyers list ten fold!
