!11 Properties in Taos, NM for $900.00 Total Cost of Ownership!

We buy unwanted rural vacant land.

We've completed more than 15,000 acquisitions and sales since the '90s

This week:  11 properties in Taos, NM for about a grand.  The seller was sick and tired of paying the taxes.

Wholesale, they are worth about $2.5 - 5K each or about $30K

What will we do with them?  Give them away...

I think it was Andrew Carnegie that said he'll spend the 1st part of his life making money and the 2nd part of his life giving it away!
