I'm totally new to this with a knowledge level minus zero. I fould Bigger Pockets on You Tube: thought those two guys were crazy but decided to check out the website. I downloaded the podcast and now listened twice or three times every day for the past 6 months. I got sick of listening without doing anything so while listening to the 100th episode I made an offer on a property.  I bought the property!!!!!!!!!!!! Renovated it and am now looking for a tenant. The property is in Trenton New Jersey.

I'm so excited and appreciative for all I've learned and I'm sharing with others. This community is awesome. Every time I post a question I get responses with really great information. I can't say thanks enough. I have a new life.

I'm now caught up with all the podcast so now I'll start on the webinars. Dont want to miss anything. Already looking for my second property.
