Land next to my house
The land next my rental has dead trees and is a threat to my property, it is also generally a mess. I called the town found out the owner, I wrote a letter to them. I spoke to the owner who bought it as an investment, which didnt work out and he has been waiting for town to take it back. He hasn't paid taxes for five years.
I thought about trying to buy it but it has no value and back taxes. Any advise.
