Using a Rent-Meter
Hi!
I've been looking at and analyzing multi-family units…
When I run them thru any rent-meter, should I do so using the total number of bedrooms, or only what I'll be renting?
For example, if it's a 4-bedroom unit, and I'm looking to put two families into it, should I then run the rent-meter using 2-bedroom comps, for comparison?
