ROI on home features?

As I learn more and more about home features and what turns the best profits, what to allocate more of the budget to than other areas, etc, I would love to hear from YOU all in regards to what features in a new home to actually spend the money on. What pays out and what doesn't?

Windows - Do buyers actually look at window brands? I am assuming that is something that is greatly looked over and putting cheaper windows in a home isn't going to affect you negatively? Thoughts?

Kitchen/Appliances? I assume big flashy items here. - Along with Master Bath?

In today's market what are bigger builders doing? What are some of the do's and dont's as far as budget allocation?
