My Proudest Moment of Real Estate Investment(so far...)
OK, so I'm new to Real Estate Investment as a whole, having only purchased homes to be used as my primary residence, and only owning one at a time. When I saw he notification suggesting that I share my past successes or proudest moments my first thought was "that's not me yet". Then I thought about where in the process I am now in comparison to where I was a couple of months ago, and I'm definitely moving toward where I want to be.
As of this moment, and until I've purchased my first investment property, my proudest moment will be no **** deciding to invest in real estate. I believe that in time I will be like many of you on BP, looking back at that moment as the start of a new chapter.
