How are you and Welcome to BP!

I currently fully renovated and rented two Trinities side by side in Philadelphia.

Not easy to renovate due to customizing everything but they came out great.

Both featured in Philadelphia Magazine this past quarter. Will be listing them this spring as investment properties.
