Hello BP Members,

I'm a newbie from Texas investing in my first property. I am excited to be looking for financing on my first property and am currently negotiating a finance deal with a private lender. As part of our negotiations he requested that I open a line of credit and provide the account details for funding. I could use any thoughts on this situation.
