Hello everyone,

I am currently analyzing a couple of properties a day in order to get a hang of it. I am located in Houston, Tx. What is the most efficient way to quickly approximate the rent of a property in order to analyze it ? The goal being to set apart the good from the bad.

Thanks for your help !

I usually just look up the rent for an area on trulia. It doesn't give you the exact rent as it only is based on rent per bedroom. But it gives you a feel of how high the rents can be.
