Opportunities in North Carolina outside of Charlotte
I see a lot of action in Charlotte, but I know the Winston Salem area and up the 421 corridor a lot better, so I was hoping to purchase there. I understand that the Boone area is too pricey, but is there a reason Winston is being overlooked?
