Can you "guestimate" repair costs on this property?

Hi guys,

I am trying to find out if this property makes a good wholesale prospect. I am not local to Jax so I wont even think in rehabbing it myself.

I totally understand that to move forward I need a MUCH better estimate but I just need a ballpark to determine whether it is worth my time or not.

Can anyone with rehab experience make a swag on how much would take to make this prop decent again?

I know that by posting the link here I am likely killing any chances of getting the deal :) but I'll take the risk for the benefit of the exercise

Thank you in advance:

I am a contractor and would say be very aware of the condition of the joists under the current floor. I actually bought a house not long ago and didn't even think to look at that "could have been really costly" luckily I didn't have to much work due to bad structural issues. This can be very expensive if you have to start doing concrete under houses and jacking houses up to repair supports. $5k easily depending on area.
